UnSilenced on I-94: A Billboard of Hope, Healing, and Bold Declaration
"STUCK IN TRAFFICKING? SO WAS SHE."
That’s not just a slogan. That’s my truth.
This billboard is not an advertisement—it's a declaration. It's for the person still trapped, the one afraid to speak, the one unsure anyone would believe them. It's for the survivors who still carry shame that doesn’t belong to them. And it's for the community—because we must all be part of the solution.
This billboard says loud and clear:
You are SEEN.
You are HEARD.
There is HELP.
If you see it, take a moment, snap a photo, share it with your friends, and tag it with #UnSilenced2025 so we can turn awareness into action and community into connection. Together, we’ll flood the highways and timelines with a message that trafficking ends here—because we’re no longer silent.
A heartfelt thank-you goes out to the Battle Creek Police Department, Emmett Township Public Safety, Michigan State Police, Motor Patrol, Calhoun County Sheriff’s Department, and Truckers Against Trafficking. These heroes don’t just wear uniforms—they carry the torch for justice, safety, and advocacy. In Calhoun County, there is no tolerance for labor trafficking, no silence around sexual exploitation, and no turning away from domestic violence. When someone speaks up, our law enforcement responds—with compassion, strength, and action.
And to our friends at the Kalamazoo Area Anti-Human Trafficking Coalition and every partner who helped bring this dream to life: thank you. Your belief in this mission keeps the flame burning.
Let’s make 2025 the year we amplify every silenced voice. The year we don’t just talk about trafficking—we confront it, educate others, and build bridges for those still in the dark.
Let’s make this billboard more than a message.
Let’s make it a movement.
