Meet UnSilenced Partners

  • Catholic Charities Diocese of Kalamazoo

Catholic Charities Diocese of Kalamazoo (CCDOK) is one of those rare partners that loves in verbs.

Day after day, their team welcomes families, youth, and adults with compassionate support—meeting basic needs, offering counseling and family-strengthening services, and mobilizing volunteers across parishes and neighborhoods.

Because UnSilenced and CCDOK serve the same communities, our partnership is simple and strong: see people, listen well, and respond together.

Thank you, CCDOK, for saying “yes” to hard places and walking with people until hope takes root.

We’re honored to share the block, the work, and the hope with you.

  • United for the Unsheltered of Kalamazoo

We are honored to link arms with United for the UnSheltered of Kalamazoo (U4UKzoo)—a boots-on-the-ground outreach team that meets people exactly where they are. Led by President Megan Giambrone and Vice President Shari Boone, their volunteers hike trails, cross lots, and knock on tent flaps to bring supplies, advocacy, and human connection to neighbors living outside. As Megan puts it, “we’ll trek off wherever we need to trek off to, to find our folks.” That kind of faithful presence mirrors UnSilenced’s heart: go to the margins, listen first, and walk with people at their pace.

Together, U4UKzoo and UnSilenced coordinate camp outreach, safety planning, resource navigation, and warm handoffs to behavioral health, trafficking support, and housing partners. When we spot red flags for exploitation or heightened risk, we respond as one team—pairing U4UKzoo’s trusted relationships with UnSilenced’s survivor-informed training and peer support. This partnership turns “hard-to-reach” into consistently reached.

Because connection is built one conversation at a time, we also invite our community to help—packing outreach kits, joining neighborhood clean-ups, funding motel bridges, and amplifying dignity-first language. Hope travels farther when we carry it together.

  • Hood Church

We are humbled to partner with Hood Church, a ministry rooted in radical love, street-level outreach, and the healing power of Christ. Founded to meet people where they are—literally and spiritually—Hood Church brings the Gospel to parks, neighborhoods, beaches, and anywhere the hurting gather. Their mission echoes our own: to wash feet, not point fingers, and to stand beside those the world often overlooks.

Together, UnSilenced and Hood Church walk with survivors of human trafficking, those caught in abuse, addiction, poverty and those struggling with SDoH—offering hope, connection, and practical support through prayer, community events, resource-sharing and community partnerships. Whether we’re passing out resources, linking someone to services, or simply listening, this partnership reminds us that church isn’t a building—it’s a movement of love in action.

  • Rings Ministries - Wrench, Bless, Repeat

We are honored to partner with Rings Ministries, a faith-driven outreach organization committed to igniting hope and restoring dignity to individuals across the country. Founded on the belief that every person deserves to know they are seen, known, and loved, Rings has gifted nearly 100 vehicles to individuals and families facing crisis situations—empowering them with mobility, independence, and a fresh start. Their mission beautifully aligns with UnSilenced's call to walk alongside survivors of human trafficking and domestic abuse with compassion, connection, and Christ-centered restoration. Together, we believe in meeting people where they are—and helping them drive forward in faith

  • Gash’s Tattoos & Piercing

Gash’s Tattoos & Piercing, led by owner and artist Gary Gash, is more than just a tattoo shop—it’s a space where healing and transformation take form.

As a proud partner of UnSilenced, Gary offers compassionate, judgment-free support to survivors by covering branding tattoos and creating powerful, personalized artwork that symbolizes freedom, resilience, and identity.

Whether it’s covering a scar from the past or marking a new chapter of strength, Gash’s Tattoos walks alongside survivors on their journey of restoration.

We are deeply grateful for Gary’s heart, artistry, and commitment to standing with us in the fight to break the chains of exploitation—one meaningful tattoo at a time.

  • Let’s Be Partners!

Partnership is how our community gets safer. UnSilenced teams with groups who care about people on the margins—health and dental programs, schools, hotels, faith communities, neighborhood coalitions, law enforcement, and street-outreach crews. Together we offer survivor-informed training, camp outreach, resource navigation, and practical supports that reduce risk and grow trust.

If your church, clinic, school, business, agency, or neighborhood team wants to learn, co-host an event, or build a response plan, we’d love to meet you. We bring training, camp-to-clinic outreach, and warm handoffs; you bring your people and your heart.
